Reporting to the Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership to employees to ensure a magical customer experience is delivered at all times.
The Team Leader directs operational communications and monitors performance throughout his or her shift. He/she takes the necessary actions to deliver magical experiences while ensuring that the team meets standards. The part-time team leader must be available from 12 to 25 hours per week.

- Communicate shift objectives and all important information to employees
- Leave and participate in daily tasks in order to offer an efficient service
- Participate in the monetary management of the chocolate factory
- Supervise the use of the equipment and know how it works
- Ensure the quality of customer service in accordance with established standards and manage complaints as required
- Assist in training and marketing development for menu and new product launches
- Ensure that the company's quality, hygiene, maintenance and health and safety standards are understood and respected
